We have the background and knowledge which enables us to give our customers advice on a high level because we are educated and trained as butchers and chefs working and managing some of the best eating places and retail shops. We have worked with sales – first in retail, later with catering companies and production factories – both domestic and internationally since 1988. We have now chosen to trade only with wholesalers, catering companies and productions factories.

Our primary expertise is beef of all qualities as well as quality veal. However, we sell everything from lamb, mutton, poultry, and game to pork.
